She's edited everything from picture books to fantasy novels to adult nonfiction, and has worked with many authors of bestsellers, award winners, and “best of the year” picks.

Angela Quezada Padron, Developmental Editor & Art Director: Angela is a published children's book author-illustrator with over 18 years experience working as a freelance writer, illustrator, and developmental editor for various educational and trade publishers. Besides her own published children's books, Angela has written, edited, and art directed a series of decodable books called Cover to Cover as part of Reading Partners' curriculum that addresses the science of reading. She has earned six college degrees, including an MA in Illustration from Academy of Art University. Angela also provides critiques, developmental editing, art directing, book layout design, and publishing career consultations for both authors and illustrators.
